even with a proper structure in place to channel your dreams, what really keeps it alive is your inner fire fueling the way. know your unique expression style to support your mission.
bringing the momentum into the plan is imperative to commitment. we will discover what lights you up and how your personal energy expression can support you uniquely. this is the third element of manifestation.

critical thinking, engagement, perseverance.
no matter how clear, solid, and empowered you feel about your mission things will not go exactly as planned. there will be hard times. there will be detours. you will need to be flexible.
it’s important to be present in order to navigate the experience with discernment. you will need to speak up, stand out, and be quick on your feet to shift gears when needed. I will teach you methods to re-center, re-focus, and persevere. this is the 4th element of manifestation.

In addition to the weekly live calls, each week you will unlock supportive breath work practice, meditations, and homework downloads in your course portal to help you stay on track.
